I'm a designer and lettering artist currently based in Austin, but my heart is in the Midwest. One day, my calculus teacher noticed my homework assignment was woefully blank, but the word 'Calculus' was doodled elaborately across the top. Instead of chastising me, he said, "Have you ever thought about being a graphic designer?" Big shoutout to Mr. Barter for seeing me, and not my shortcomings.

My experience with clients in a wide range of industries and projects has helped me develop a diverse skill set, but my bread and butter work is in marketing, branding, and handcrafted typography. No matter the job, my goal is to create effective, accessible, design that makes lives easier!

Days before Covid lockdown in 2020, my husband John and I married, and three months later, we moved from Cincinnati to Austin! We have had a wild and wonderful four years exploring Texas so far; I'm now a full time freelance designer and he is pursuing his music in the live music capital of the world. When I'm not designing, I'm likely making coffee, playing volleyball, or telling John for the umpteenth time that I want a dog.
